The 17MSP will be a paperless meeting and official documents are being made available on the Convention's website as they are released by the United Nations. When official versions are not yet out, documents are made available in the format that they have been submitted. In order to keep the documentation costs as low as possible, measures similar to what was used at the 15MSP in December 2016 have been put in place. These measures include: 1) the decision to keep documents as short as possible, 2) to translate in all UN languages only documents that will be subject to decisions and the general conclusions of the Committees, and; 3) documents which relate to specific countries are made available in English and in the language of the concerned country.
