Saint Lucia ratified the Convention on 13 April 1999, and the Convention entered into force for Saint Lucia on 1 October 1999. Stockpile Destruction (Article 4) Saint Lucia reported that it had no stockpiled anti-personnel mines under its ownership or possession. Mine Clearance (Article 5) Saint Lucia reported that there were no mined areas under its jurisdiction or control.
