Philippines ratified the Convention on 15 February 2000, and the Convention entered into force for Philippines on 1 August 2000. Stockpile Destruction (Article 4) Philippines reported that it had no stockpiled anti-personnel mines under its ownership or possession. Mine Clearance (Article 5) Philippines reported that there were no mined areas under its jurisdiction or control.
