Liberia acceded to the Convention on 23 December 1999, and the Convention entered into force for Liberia on 1 June 2000. Stockpile Destruction (Article 4) Liberia reported that it had no stockpiled anti-personnel mines under its ownership or possession. Mine Clearance (Article 5) Liberia reported that there were no mined areas under its jurisdiction or control.
