Paving the Road to Oslo

On 3 April 2019, the President of the Fourth Review Conference, H.E. Hans Brattskar, hosted an informal meeting on the Fourth Review Conference which will take place in Oslo on 25-29 November 2019.

The meeting aimed to provide information to delegations on the preparations for the Fourth Review Conference, particularly on the Conference main outcome documents as well as to share organisational information.

The Fourth Review Conference will be adopting three key substantive documents: the Review of the Status and Operation of the Convention (called “Review Document”), the Oslo Action Plan for the years 2020-2024, and a political declaration.

All delegations were invited to contribute to the development of the three substantive documents by submitting suggestions to the President and his team in line with the concept note presented at the meeting.
