We begin 2019 thanking Afghanistan for its work in presiding over the Convention in 2018 and welcoming Norway as President of the Convention and the Fourth Review Conference.

H.E. Hans Brattskar Ambassador of Norway to the UN in Geneva currently leads the work of the States Parties towards the Review Conference to take place the week of 25 November 2019 in Oslo.
