Landmine clearance in Chile is carried out by the Chilean National Demining Commission.Geneva - The Convention's Fifteenth Meeting of States Parties (15MSP) is taking place in just a few days in Chile. The 15MSP will gather representatives of States Parties and those not yet party, international organisations and civil society to assess progress in implementing the Convention’s obligations. The meeting will further allow States Parties to highlight their achievements in implementing their Maputo Action Plan commitments. The 15MSP takes place from 28 November to 1 December in Santiago, Chile - a field visit to minefields and post-clearance operations will take place on 27 November.
