Solomon Islands ratified the Convention on 26 January 1999, and the Convention entered into force for Solomon Islands on 1 July 1999. Stockpile Destruction (Article 4) Solomon Islands reported that it had no stockpiled anti-personnel mines under its ownership or possession. Mine Clearance (Article 5) Solomon Islands reported that there were no mined areas under its jurisdiction or control.
